- Delivery
- Items will be shipped within a week from the order date and payment confirmation.
- Return Policy
- If you wish to return any items that you have ordered, you can send back the items in their original unopened package. (Back Shipping costs will be paid by the customer).
The following items are not returnable:
- Seasonal holiday items (Such as: Passover & Chanukah items).
- Discounted items.
- Special order items (Custom made items).
- Damaged Items
- We take great care in packaging your items. Please review the contents of your box to be sure that there is nothing damaged.
- Any damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
- The following procedures must be followed for any damaged items:
- 1. Contact EMS to start a claim and fill in a damage report.
- 2. Keep all of the packaging materials and boxes.
- 3. Email us at sales@karshi.co.il with EMS damage report.
- Prices
- We at Karshi do our utmost to mark items with the correct price-tag, however we reserve the right to change prices of any items WITHOUT NOTICE, due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Stock & Supply
- We do our utmost to deliver the goods as advertised, however there may be a delay in supply of some items. We reserve the right to ship items with a different design and/or alternative materials than the items advertised.
